The coloured pattern on the hearts is from a transfer sheet. https://www.pati-versand.de/torten-kuchen/dekor-folien/transferfolien/transferfolie-concorde?c=1351 The sheet was applied right after covering the bottom of the filled hearts with chocolate. The colours bonded with the warm chocolate, sticking to it after carefully removing the sheet from the cooled chocolate.
They look nice, forgive me for asking, curiosity is getting the better of me. But is the colored hearts a stencil or painted on?
