Space Galaxy Cookies

Einfache Zitronenkekse mit Zitronen-Zuckerguss


Kekse
  • 1000 g Mehl
  • 500 g Butter
  • 250 g Puderzucker
  • Schale von 2 Bio-Zitronen
  • Prise Salz
  • 2 Eier
    • ausrollen ca. 3 mm, backen ca. 10 min

Zuckerguss
  • 1000 g Puderzucker
  • Saft von 2 Zitronen
  • Lebenmittelfarbe: Schwarz, Lila, Blau, Rosa, Perlglanz

    I'va already said it but I live these,I didn't relise they are lemon ones though... that sounds rather refreshing.

    But yes the certan'y do have an impact, only thing I might be intrested to see change with them is to experiment with colouring the dough black or something and see if that makes the frosting stand out even more.

    Love them and which I could see how they taste as well.
